Yes indeed.
The server maintenance is so that we can completely delete the character "Hugo Splat" from the server 
Obviously I jest, Hugo, but we do have extended downtime which requires maintenance past the regularly scheduled downtime  .

does "server maintence" = fixes on the TQ side to little things that got changed last patch?
For example, the Copy URL feature?
Are there to be patch notes?

it porbably because all you empire dwellers are still moaning about that thing called lag =P
either that or navigator just want his titan to come out in peace with not hostiles, so screw getting man poeh to shut down the system he shut down the game
