77 people seems a bit excessive for VIP mode..

I'm hoping ccp is using bots to test something, but the tinfoil-hattery part of myself says they have let certain alliance members on to do.. stuff! Sekret Stuff! How about an explanation please CCP? :)

How about an explanation please CCP? :) What server are you talking about? Test servers are accessible to public. And CCP has a lot of employees, and most of developers have accounts to log in. Why do you want CCP to be biased somehow? And whats the sense in that to CCP? Do you think that alliance bribed them with RL money or beer or something? Get over the stupidity already, will you? --- Redesign local/scanner feature - make the place huge, dark and scary again!
