I have a different outlook on those missions mentioned. For salvaging purposes I love any angel mission. You can run all three of the above mentioned missions using an AC ship and have 85-90% of your salvageable ships within 20km
All three missions have ships at range (artillery needed if you want to hit them at range) However almost all angel ships love to orbit at close ranges, and are killable up to about 30km using ACs and the correct ammo without rigs. The best part though, the angels come right to you.. autocannon fodder. (The names of the ships that orbit farther out I leave as an exercise to the reader) You can get the attention of any ship as long as you can target it, and shoot it, even if you dont do any damage. Target the ship at range, shoot 1 round at it, and then wait while the group of angels comes right to you.
Highs 8x 800mm Scout or T2 if you have the skills (ammo range dependent, mainly RF Fusion)
Mids XL Shield Booster Shield Boost Amp 4 racial resists (my preference for angels is 2 Exp II, 2 Invuln II)
Lows 3-4 Gyro II 1-2 Tracking Enhancer II
Rigs 3 CCC
Drones 5 Hammerhead II 2 Ogre
Very simple ship, and not expensive and chews through angels.
Angel Blockade: Warp to mission, immediately cancel and then warp to zero, this lands you in the middle of the first group. Pop the stasis tower and then ships. Drones on cruisers and frigates. Obviously, shoot trigger last (I hate when you get all Gist Malakims, and the trigger is now random chance, but it makes life interesting) New spawns appear.. boost your shields back to 100% while they come to you.. let cap regen too, then start shooting the new ships when they get within 20km, shoot trigger last. Rinse, Repeat.
The only pains in the butt are the BS's that like to orbit between 31km and 34km. This is where you want good drones skills, or T2 AC's + barrage, and/or ambit rigs.
Only one caveat.. The ACs will go through a lot of ammo compared to Artillery
At the end, you have a cluster of wrecks, easily salvageable without much moving of the salvaging ship.
