No, the guide is still yours and you are free to do what ever you want with it. We only say all of that because your forum might be put on display to help advertise our services. For example, if we take a screen shot of your forum and use it to help advertise our service, then we are covered. If you really don't want us to do that though just give me an email and we will not. You are free to republish and do what ever you want with your guide, remember the TOS says "non-exclusive", not exclusive.
