Recently I have created my own corporation, and named it Fleets of Aesir.
The main idea behind it was to create a corporation with good communication and allowing everybody to make decisions, not yet another Corporation ruled by a single person, the CEO.
To allow it, the corporation is structured in different divisions (military, civil, mining, operations, etc.) and with a ranks system.
The rank system is intended to make the decisions flow smoothly when the corporation will have a considerable number of members.

i wouldnt mind a chat with you, ingame, about this corporation. our alliance follows the same essentiality as your corporation/idea. and maybe joining our alliance can work in your favor, depending on what YOU can bring to the table. take a looksy at our recruit post and contact me ingame if interested

A new member joined and 3 more are expected to go through the steps or registering.
Together we'll start discussing our short term goals. First ideas are:
* Build up a Mining and Refining Wing to accumulate as much minerals as we can.
* Produce all the goods the members need from own resources.
* Getting around 10 active members to start.
* Get enough ISKs to help newer members get up to speed quickly.
* Get items in our hangars to help new members.
So, if you want to participate in the birth of a new corporation... Join us!
