...Reports suggest GS and PL are now working together having attacked a northern entity together, taking down a cyno jammer together and jumping caps in together.
wonder if bob will look differantly at pl now.

Pathetic Legion was the smallest pet in the Goons/RSF force that attacked Bob during the siege of Delve.
It was their relationship with the Goons that got the any notice in 0.0.

I have it on better authority that the entire op was in fact a distraction for a massive SAS mining op.
And yes we did indeed invite 3 goonies along.

Also you cannot dispute that PL were Goon pet in the delve attack either. You cannot call them allies as they only deployed nano ships and inties against BOB at the time.

It's just little revenge coming for Unnatural Selection / Cosmic Anomalies for attacking us with The Requiem + ATF few weeks ago. Only fair.
Goon Black Ops happened to be in the area, no GF capitals were involved -- only PL+SOT -- in our attempt to make UNAT/CAN actually fight.

Since i'm such a nice guy let me tell you about PL, goons and bob.
PL and Goons were friends to kill bob.
PL took over fountain with CI and SoT and slowly dropped their goon connection.
PL took fountain for two reasons, to get isk from high end moons and to get a fight when bob came to kick them out
PL doesn't overly care about Goons but would probably team up with them if it meant a good fight
BoB doesn't really feel much towards PL but most likely respects them as good opponents, despite being an obvious walkover in a territorial match due to sheer size etc
BoB and PL aren't allies and haven't been allies nor will they ever be allies, however they keep Fountain stable which is good for BoB while they are on the war path
And there you have it, the boring truth.

It's no big surprise that PL & co. are after us for our little (failed) fountain campaign with RQM. I cant blame them for doing so and it could have been fun aswell.
They have been constantly trying to bait us in several systems but obvious bait was very obvious and they didnt get a fight from us. To force us to fight they moved in closer and closer resulting in a pos being placed in Cloud Ring. Offcourse we had to attack this time as by their plan.
All fine.
The result was a 80 man fleet against our 45 at first and later that night the fight went over to xzh when our numbers dwindled to 30 and they brought in 200 ppl, shot the jammer in reinforced, dropped a pos, jumped 50 dreads in and shot the cap yards in reinforced. Impressive fireworks i must say and very nicely executed.
It seems Goons and PL never broke ties as was said on this mighty forums.
A dozen or so of able cloacking goons have been in our home systems for a few weeks now and they do what cloackers do best; cloack, look for a target, kill it and cloack again. Very effective if you have the stamina for it.

I'll put the situation with goons/fountain/BoB/PL etc into terms easier for ppl like me to understand...
PL and Goons were down the pub having a drink.
We saw BoB being dix around the pool table
Goons started a fight with BoB, we and many of goon's friends joined in.
BoB got a beating at the start, but goons were too drunk to win the fight.
PL then bish-slapped other patrons of the pub, for not fighting BoB.
PL then left the pub to goto the cash machine ( fountain ) for some kebab money, but the cash machine kept dishing out money.
We slapped a few more ppl who came to the cash machine looking for easy cash.
And the cash machine still spits out money to this day.
Would any sane person leave this cash machine?
