In the last few months I have been thinking a lot about what could improve EVE and what could improve the player experience in EVE. Today I have decided that I should write those ideas down. I am using Google Docs for this documentation and, while I am far from done, I decided to post the first two documents.
This first post has 2 purposes.
1. I hope to receive feedback on the use of Google Docs for these kind of posts. Do you prefer this method or should the text simply be posted in the forum post itself?
2. I want to test the water. I rarely post anything around here, but I feel that it is time to become a little more vocal with my ideas. I am used to writing official design documents and I realize that the style I use for writing those might not be too accessible to everyone, so I tried to keep it simple. Let me know if I should change my writing style.

firstly the titan dd change i agree with. a change to titan hp i can easily agree with. a change to clone vat bay is in a separate thread and i agree with.
I think the titan should either be allowed to fit multiple dd that are redsigned to be extreme capital guns or they should get a bonus to the appropriate dread capital gun or 100% / level. they need to be useful in an actual fight instead of a roaming nuclear strike.

This was, indeed, my point. And if the second use of the Titan as I described it isn't part of the change I absolutely agree that the Titan should have more damage output in general.

That's a great idea. Airs the titans out, puts them on the field and helps to bust up pos warfare. The only bad thing I see is that it puts alliances with no titan at an extreme disadvantage.

They still have Dreadnoughts. Truly, a fleet of Dreadnoughts can take down a POS a lot faster then the single Titan with the 30 minute charge up Doomsday Device. While fighting in the north with Mpire I have seen POSes melt in under 10 minutes.

Would so like to see the Titan changes.. if it can only take out single targets witha super weapon..
It is no different to being primary of a blob... and would make it posible to tackle and actually have a fun fight when one of these beasts is around.
Rather than, not fielding anything less than DD proof BS Fleet that still have to go to a SS to lick their wounds before they can fight again... they could take losses and keep on fighting
Please remove the "I WIN" button from titans.
(But I dont think killing a POS in one shot, maby 5 min.)

it had a thirty minute charge up before it fired the pos buster.
also please move some of those to separate threads or this will become super cluttered.

Corp A Declares ware on Corp B, Member X leaves Corp B and Joins Corp C. Member Y From Corp C leaves and joins Corp D. Rinse and repeat until you now have all of Eve war dec'd to you.
