Fighters won us that, and probably the DD at their formup POS inside the shields finished them off

And CCP announcing an other Power of 2 crap. The game clearly is not coping with the fleet battles 8 out 10 times. Not even the systems fights occur in but entire constellations comes to a total halt. Granted compared to other games lag is better in EvE but still its unplayable whenenver this kind of lag strikes. I do love the PvP mechanics of this game and there is nothing better out there to grab my interest atm but tbh EvE started to **** me off. I am not sure whether CCP can actually improve the situation but till then, I guess I will just take a break from the game till CCP can work this out and fleet battles are something more than lag fests.

Fleet fight was beyond God Awful. Really bad to the point of reported 20min delays on warp in and grid load. Something in every day game play that takes about .5 of a second. Victory was nailed in with a DD. Makeing your npc hunters SS.
