Hello folks. I've decided to retire my CNR in favor of a Golem, so I've decided to raffle it off. Details:
Prize: Caldari Raven Navy Issue complete with 3x T1 CCC Rigs.
Ticket Price: 10m Each
Maximum Number of Tickets per Person: 3
Drawing to be held: No sooner than Saturday the 20th but not until all tickets are sold.
Number of Tickets Available Total: 49
Current Number of tickets available: 49
This drawing will be held utilizing the bonus ball from the UK National Lotto found Here
Isk should be sent to Oskavaro Dremar. Please make the reason as "CNR Drawing". If you do not put this reason, your money will be refunded!
If you would like specific numbers, please mail your request to Oskavaro, and I will make every effort to get you them. If they were taken ahead of you, I will mail you informing you as such, and you will have 12 hours to mail me back with a new request, before your isk is returned. If you want your isk returned because you cannot have a certain number, this is fine, just let me know.
If you wish to retract an entry, you may do this at no charge within 12 hours of submitting it at no charge. After this time, I will keep 10% of your entry for "Administrative Overhead" so you will receive back 9m isk.
You may reserve numbers for up to 12 hours, after which time they will be released.
This drawing WILL take place, regardless of how long it takes. However, if for some unforseen reason it does not, all isk will be returned.
Any questions on any of this may be directed towards my main, Aeronar Dremar.

Um...yeah, this reeks of scam. If you get the CNR hold by a third party, people might buy tickets.

Explain to me how this "reeks of scam"? Vaguely smattering someone's event and not stating any kind of support reeks of ignorance, imo.

You are going a bit over the top there bud. He has stated the rules quite clearly and they are very fair.
I have researched his character and there is no problem i can find there he is a member since 2004 and has not had any bad reps on that character anyway.
The only problem I can see from the Events community side of things is he has not run a lotto before and thus if he could get a trusted person to hold the price I think it will improve his ticket sales.

See, this response is tactful. Thank you XDSKIRBYKIA. In response to your post, I'll make arrangements for a third party, though, I've no plans to run future lottos, the good name can't hurt any. I'll update once it's done. Besides the obvious choice of Chribba, what parties would be acceptable?

I'd be willing to hold it if you want. IIRC, you won my fleet lottos a bit back  . I'll do it for free if you want, but you may not trust me and I'm not very well known outside of events forums.

Correction, I won the first two :D. I'd be honored if you'd be willing to be my third party holder, and, if there's no objections from the forum community in the next...say, 24 hours from this posting, I'll assume Antarr is trustworthy enough (I know he is), and we'll go from there. To the top. Come on folks, this is an easy way to win a CNR for a cheap price. Send your money to The Slagh and shoot an eve mail to Aeronar Dremar stating what specific numbers you want, or, simply the number of tickets you want.

This event has been canceled due to lack of interest. 3 tickets sold in 2 weeks... So, Biooo's money has been returned, and I'll just throw the cnr on contract. Ah well.
