I don't understand why you're training science skills when the attributes are strongest in perc/will (best suited to PVPers). Furthermore there is nothing in gunnery/missiles/spaceship command. This is not a highly specced character, therefore i will offer a b/o of 950 mil, which is quite generous considering the average rate is 200 mil per 1 mil sp. Good luck finding a bidder who thinks this character is worth more than that.
