can you run 2 clients on one computer I have one trial and one active account I am wanting to trade some stuff that I got to another toon, has to be a way.

yes as long as they are on different accounts, you could even run 1 client on 2 pcs with parralel processing over network

You can't run a Trial and a Paid for account at the same time on the same machine.
Use contracts, set it up, log off, log on the other char and accept.

Yes. Easiest way is to just make copy of your Eve directory and make new shortcut to eve exe file on desktop. I would advice playing only one account in one folder, it will mess up your settings in certain way unless you do.
You can also play both accounts from same directory I just don't remember how. It needs some magic tricks. But is handy if you're out of disc space I guess.
edit: of course trials are another thing I guess... so nm :p

Just open another client up with the same exe, never had an issue and had up to 4 clients running by doing this.

wish ccp would allow training on all ur chars in an accoutn and let em log in same time

While we appreciate your enthusiasm to try EVE, we would also appreciate if you could limit yourself to using a single trial or subscription accounts only.
ive copied the whole folder into another one of my drives and made a new .exe shor cut for that one and even had both in window mode. I got the uper when tring to log in.
I know I can do the contract but that costs isk and I want to try to do it as cheap as possible cause I have alot.

log into the trial first, if you have a running eve allready, when trying to log into a trial, it'll tell you to get a hold of yourself

Figured it out go into the Eve folder and start eve using the safe mode .exe worked

yes you can, I am doing it right know, I use 2 monitors one for each toon. Just make sure that the clients are windowed.

Private contracts only cost 10,000 Isk, and if you have a price of 0.00 isk towards your alt then theres no tax, but theres never tax on private contracts either. Also use item exchange contracts not auction contracts to trade items between charactors.

er it costs 10k isk to contract as much as you want ....
