she has 40 skills at level 5 close to capital industrial and flys the fenrir can mine any ore using t2 strips ice harvesting 5 and can invent caldari and gallente bpcs and also can build the cruiser.nearly maxed out learning.also not bad at scanning complexes out.
skills

This is why you look at the bazaar before you make a purchase. I bought a Fenrir character, with the fenrir, for 1.5B... and then this beauty comes along. Bumpage for an awesome character.
