Noob here.. so me skills not too good. But out of 3.0 ranking on three agents and working on Lev 2 qual18 (i think) agent now.. ive had no deaths with this set up.. that alot o missions..hehe.
Low..
1. Power Diag System Lev 1
2. Basic Capacitor Flux
Mid..
1. 1mn AB (afterburner for those who dont know.)
2. Micro Shield extender
3. Small Cap bat. Level 2
High..
4 named standards.. first launch shield killer, second launch EM.. third Kinetic.. last set to Defenders.
I love this set up.. its very fast atm.. speed close to 400 fulltime burner kick.. no downtime at all.. :)
Its a new ship from a new player with mostly lev 3 skills.. Im very happy.
ps.. know your enemy. I keep notes on what fires what.. and keep distance at 27km-29km
easy easy.. :)

4x Standard Launchers with Bloodclaws or what ever
1x 10mn AB
1x web
1x Warp Disruptor/scrambler 2 strength
1x Aux power core
1x RCU (10%)
with the right skills lvl 5's eng elec lvl5 you will have got that lot on with 1 CPU and 1 PG to spare
+ you can do 1000 m/s + constantly with no mwd penalty even with low AB skills

And how do u know all this? all we know is that they r coming out and the bombs have 10sec fligh time,nothing else
