You need Pilgrims, also i dont like the MwD, grid can be better used elsewhere, eg real Mega Pulses, and it gimps your Cap recharge (yes i know your using a booster, but i still dont like it). I'm assuming this is a post-boost setup, of course, and you'll actually have enough fuel to jump those recons. Try it on TQ right now, and you'll find out the only way you're jumping even ONE recon is with a cargo expander fit.

And whilst your options might be limited, you want some way to 'tank'. Also, Merins is somewhat more versatile. Combined with that is that 3 i-stabs arent needed. You warp as fast as a cruiser, with none, give or take.
