Elaine Celeste Celeste Industries	Posted - 2008.09.15 17:54:00 - [1] Alright, I'm going to try something new here. Each ticket is going to cost 10 million ISK. The winning numbers are not based on any RL lotteries, but rather, on a list randomizer (http://www.random.org/lists/). There will be 3 prizes: #1 will amount to 50% of all the ticket money, #2 will amount to #30, and #3 will be 20%. This is a test run, so I will not take any money out of the pot. I will not participate in any lotteries I run using a list randomizer, and I will post videos showing the results. The video would go like this: I post a message stating that I'm going to use the list randomizer to pick the winner(s). I copy and paste the participants into the list randomizer (in the order they bought the numbers), and then generate a random list. If there are, say, 3 prizes, the first 3 people generated by the list randomizer would receive those them. I would then upload the video to eve-files.com immediately for everybody to see. Sample Video You have to download the video to really see what's going on (14.3MB). This is a test lottery, and I will hold the draw as soon as approximately 100-200 million ISK worth of tickets are sold. If you wish to participate, please send 10 million ISK per ticket to Elaine Celeste, and post here stating that you've sent me the ISK.
