not that i know a whole lot, but you can quickly fix the possible locking issue by just selling the character.
the new account services allow for characters to be swapped, so you may be able to sell your character (for isk, iirc thats not against the rules), and then close the account down.
Hoever, for this to work out fine in the end, you're probably gonnahave to have the recipient either kill their main char or startup another account.

PS I don't have experience with this, the info provided is what i've pieced together. If a mod reads this, please clarify if what i've said is wrong. It'd be nice to give the origin the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance to reword his post.

well i dunno how selling account goes. but yes lets talk ONLY GOT 10 DAYS max. so if interested. convo ORIGIN [ o is zero. ]
