Edited by: Aviane on 16/09/2008 14:53:01 This might be a stupid question, but I had nowhere else to ask right now. Is it viable to use the rev to move stuff in 0.0? Or is there some kind of restriction on what it can carry in its cargohold? According to the EFT fit I'm looking at right now I could get a whopping 50k cargohold with just expanders, and no rigs. That means 4/5 cruisers with fits, or even a bs. Best of all, this could save me from getting a carrier aswell when I get jump skills up...

Revelation with cargo expanders was the old jump freighter (before the Rorqual).
It was better when it didn't move at all though due to the expander velocity bonus. ;-)
How to PVP: 1. buy ISK with GTCs, 2. fit cloak, learn aggro mechanics, 3. buy second account for metagaming

Not to mention that its 2,5 times more expensive, I also plan on using the dread for fleets. I don't have unlimited funds so I need to make a careful pick.

Yea, but if you plan on moving a lot of stuff a lot of times, then the JF is far better. That is why it was made by CCP.

lol...its called protecting it and not being stupid. If you never see a JF in your life, it means that someone is doing it correctly.

This pretty much.. ive only seen a JF because it was being cynoed outside a deathstar... (not 5 meters from the shield ill have you know). I was just in the right place at the right time with my cov ops. Nine out of ten cyno'd ships are docked within 1 minute of the cyno. The other 1/10 is sitting next to a pos.
