Skill list here
Char must go asap as i have come back to eve recently and have no isk for my main chars. This was one of my first and favorite chars for missioning with.

Per = 18
Cha = 19
Wil = 19
Mem = 16
All above no boosters

Hi there,
I have now filed two petitions and am still waiting to hear from ccp as to why the char will not transfere. I have checked with my banks from both cards and they say the problem is ccp's side as ccp have not asked for and cash to be taken from my account. If anybody else might know of a reason why the char will not transfere please post below.
