Is there an implant out there that reduces PG usage of Hybrid turret's?

Not that I know, neither are there "Advanced Weapon Upgrades" implants. You could try a +PG implant if that'll do enough.

squire PG series. PG2 for 1%, PG4 for 3%, and i guess PG6 for 5%. I dont know the exact name but searching in market on squire or PG2 should do it.

The easiest way I know of to find a particular type of implant is to use the information in the Eve Fitting Tool (EFT) a third party program.
To do so I open the character editor and click the Implant tab. This reveals the implant tree. I open the slots one at a time and scroll them using my arrow keys. The description for the implants is shown at the bottom of the window. Doing this I can quickly find an implant when I have no clue what slot it is or what it is called.
T'would be nice if they had more "defined" names. |

Quick is relative, it still is a PITA to find implants in EFT imo.
