First this is not a rant, or a wine or anything else. I would just like to see how many Players would like to see the same change. I Think the buddy list needs to be changes to that you can not add someone to your lift until they give you permission IE Player A wants Player B in his buddy list. Player B receives a request asking if Player A can add you to his buddy list. Player B declines, Player A receives message that Player B said no. Player A does not get Player B added.

I actually always wondered why there wasn't a "add to my list" request when I first saw the buddylist
and I don't really like that ppl that I don't know see when I log in and out.

They need to get rid of/change the master folder. If I move a buddy to a sepeate folder I don't want a copy in the main folder.

If you don't know someone, you shouldn't be able to know if he/she is online or not. PPL use this information to metagame, and this is stupid, it removes the sensation of game immersion.
In the same way, if you chat with someone, and this person is offline, an error message should appear 1 min later, as it it was a kind of "chat timeout", when you do not accept that player's private chat.
I would also like to see the local chat completely removed from the game. Constellation chat or Region Chat should be used instead.

I disagree with you on all the points you made.
First of all this is in the future therefor it should say how it is.
