I have a few questions, since being a crook in EVE is alluring 
1) Is it possible to work for NPC Pirate Corps (i.e - Guristas)? If yes, do you require Criminal Connections to do it?
2) What does Black Market Trading do, and is it implemented at all? For running Contraband, etc?
3) Are Cloaking devices ingame yet?
4) Are Blueprints or BP copies given as Agent Mission rewards? I'm not 100% clear due to lack of time and experience...

1) No
2) There is something called escrow. Its virtually a market for everything. While it originally was meant for Blueprint Copies.
3) Within 2 weeks there will be.
4) Yes they do. But i dont know which ones exactly give them.

1)yes u can but they r like starting corp, boring.
2)dont think its implemented yet, and if it is i dont know what it does.
3)cloaking devices will be ingame very shortly.
4)sometimes bp copies r given from production agents, and bp originals are given from R&D agents (require skills)

Thank you both.
I guess I'll skip creating a Character with Trade and criminally inclined Skills and pick Skills which are useful now... Could just Buy them later on when implemented.
Trying to find Races/Bloodlines with balanced Attribs now

i want to answer 2 again
2 - ingame in 2 weeks, but only in a very limited capacity, and for outragiously high prices. untill a bunch of people get the bpo (blueprint origional, allows infinate copys of the item to be made, and bpc (limited run blueprints) to be made) they will be (my guess) upwards of 300 million isk. they will be a plaything of the rich. so,you will have to wait a few months b4 anyone normal, like you or me, will get one.
