If you want to buy ticket please read this:
There will be 49 numbers and sold 24 tickets (for one ticket you will get two numbers), when all tickets are sold one number will be uncovered. You post on this post and say your character name, and the 2 numbers from your tiket you'd like to buy. After that you transfer the ISK on my account the character "Blackice22". When you have transferd the ISK I will put you on the list and you'll get your numbers.
Each ticket costs 4,500,000.0 ISK. (4.5mil). You can buy as many tickets as you want.
The winning number will be the bonus ball on the UK National Lottery.
The draw will be on 20.September(Saturday)
If the winning number will be the uncovered number bay any ticket I will extend the lottery until next draw in the UK national Lottery
If the 24 tickets will not all be sold out by 19.September I will refund all the ISK to everybody and start this lottery over again or I will extend the lottery until next draw in the UK national Lottery.
Send ISK to "Blackice22" for every ticket.
The prize is:

Thats with you haveing a 21,0000,000 (21mil) cut nice! Also leaves one number out so if that one number hits do you get to keep both?

If you read my post you will see what is with the uncovered number...
I made this lottery to have only 24 players, not 49...for make it start faster, but one number leave uncovered, if that number is the wining number the lottery wil start ower...
The 21mil is my wining for doing this...probably is much, but 4mil for two numbers is the price of that Raven...so i decided to make 4.5 for 2 numbers, decent pay to win a Raven

What is your problem with that 21mil....
Your problem must be that... if with 4.5mil ISK and 1/24 chance you can win that Raven...
If you do not agre with that 1/24 chance to win investing 4.5mil ISK , pls stay away

True but you can buy a raven for 84mil, so people would prefer a 1\24 chance of winning and only paying 3.5mill a go, instead of paying 4.5mill and you walking off with 24 mill just for putting a post on a forum.
Hang on i posted as well so can i have 5 mill for posting ?

lol, there's no point in running any lotto if you as the admin. are not making something off of it. Stop complaining about black making money and be happy that you might win a raven for a stupidly cheap price.

I think i will close this lottery...or what ever...
No one play at lotterys, because in the past many lotterys was not fair
so i will return the monay from the two players....
