Keep getting a not authorised message when trying to transfere Char.
What can cause this i have rung my banks and they have said there is nothing wrong with my cards i have tried 2 cards on 2 seperate computers.
For what other reason would char transfere not be possible the char is in a npc corp and has been for months, it has only recently been reactivated about 3 days ago but i wouldnt have thought this could cause a problem.
Any ideas guys, this guy i have sold my char to has paid and i want to get the account to him asap.

It is most likley a server side error. Try contacting a Dev and see what they say.
Failing that just inform the buyer and ask them to wait 2-3 hours and try again.

I have sent in 2 petitions last night but have had no reply at all.
this poor guy has been waiting since 7pm last night i have tried now to transfere about 20 time but no luck.

R U outside the US? I got that message when I had auto pay on my accounts.... I moved to Korea and the card info is all US. Had to get a Cust service person to allow the payments to go thru. My new account still does it.

I live in the uk and both cards are registered here.
The card im trying to use though are not registered to me one is my girlfirends who live at the address the account is registered too and the orther is my sisters.

You might have encountered one of these two problems: (maybe both)
- Try sending the application through another Internet Service Provider (ISP) especially if this is ur first time using credit card on this webpage, EVE paying server has that odd thing neglecting payments from certain ISPs (maybe real IP issues)
- Sometimes, EVE paying server locks ur paying service option down making u unable to send/recieve info from the server when u send multiple false paying applications. fill a "character stuck" petition and a dev should help u inno time.
I'd say, try a new ISP first.

I have been having the same problem today. Was trying to sell a character and it wouldnt take 2 of my cards, my wife's or 2 of my coworkers
