I thought the question was "What was the first T2 Mod you made" not bought.
Making T2 items is such a pita, it's a huge leap from T1 to T2 with nothing in between. It's a case of being thrown in to the sea when you've only practiced swimming in the local 50m pool. The concept is the same throughout but it's a damn sight more expansive and at a higher risk of drowning if you can't source that one reaction or two required to produce an item. Buying completed parts on the market isn't really an option as that just cuts into any profit that might have existed.
And hauling construction blocks isn't a good use of anyone's time :p

mine was a t2 damage control, because I was about to run a drone mission and had 2 spare resistance spaces on my ship. EANM went in one DCII in other.
