1 Bil and then 6,5 Bil isk received. Initiated a char transfer from my account services but a Not Authorized thing keep coming up.
so 7,5 Bil returned to Raskskywalker who sent me the total 7,5 Bil isk. Now going to petition the CCP to sort it out.
Auction closed and deal is still on with Raskskywalker with the same terms ( a T2 fitted Maelstrom )

be sure you dont have a router or any IP masking software, It caused me some trouble in the past as well. And also check if ur credit card has enough money on it ^^ Gl!

Thank you for the input, but I use Clearwire and SBC ( now ATT ) and no IP masking software though ? Hmmm.... BTW my char skill is now 28,8 Mil plus SP now... with +4 implants... if only CCP could get down the petition Queue sooner lol..I would be on my way to get a Gallente char ...

Made another unsuccessful attempt at transferring the char to Raskskywalker...still getting same message, so 7,5 Billion isk that was received has been returned AGAIN :((

If any of you have any ideas on what can cause the "Not Authorized" error message, feel free to make suggestions. CCP is not much help.

Transaction completed. Iskies received and deposited into the federal reserve bank to bail out AIG and Lehman Brothers
...OOoops wrong life, Scratch that... iskies gonna be used to get me a Gallente toon. thanks to GM Thunder coming to the rescue, hope he take it easy on his blood shot eyes
