Could someone please point me in the right direction where I may find detailed info on how mission rewards and standings changes are handled when you share your mission with your fleet. Specifically, I'm looking for answers to the following questions:
Are the rewards split equally among all members of fleet? If not, what is the formula for their distribution? Are shares affected by level of participation in mission? Social skills? etc?
How are the standings changes handled in sharing situations?
Thanks for any input.

From having shared mission rewards with an alt that has been passively mining in another system I have drawn the following conclusions:
ISK has get split evenly between the two chars.
The non-participating char has gotten less agent and corp standing increase than the character that has taken the mission, but no faction increase ever.

Standings, LP, and ISK rewards are split evenly between fleet members. Participation is not a factor.
Only regular missions can be properly shared. Standings increases from storyline missions cannot be shared; therefore faction standings increases cannot be shared.
There is a bug that will sometimes cause the person who talked with the agent to get the full (more often agent than corp) standings increase instead of the factional increase that they should get. Intended behavior is that the base standings increase is divided by the number of fleet members then applied to each member.
Standings changes will not appear immeadiately for fleet members who are located in a different system than the agent at the time the mission is handed in. The standings changes will appear when that player changes systems or logoff/on again.
Bounties and security status increases are shared among fleet members who are on the same grid at the time the rat is killed, this applies to both mission and belt rats. Participation is not required, just a presence on the grid.

Thanks guys. This clears up a lot. I just have a few remaining questions. Essentially, what I want to do is to get a jump clone for my alt. I am currently doing L4's with my main and my agent standings are 8+. Is it possible for me to continue doing missions with my main while having an alt in a fleet just providing leadership bonuses and some remote repping and eventually get that alt to +8 corp standings and a jump clone?

Yes it is possible to do that, but it will take a long time. A faster way would be for the *alt* to accept the missions, have your main run them, and then have the alt turn in the mission *for self*.
That said, the fastest way to a jump clone is to buy one from a provider like me. I can sell you a jump clone regardless of any standing you may have.

If all you want is to create a jump clone for your alt there is a much simpler way.
1) Gain +8.0 base standings (not including connections skill) on your main 2) Create a corp with your main, and wait for the corp's standings to raise to +8.0 3) Have alt join that corp and create jump clones 4) ??? 5) Profit!

I thought of this but the alt would have to start at L1 and I really don't want to run the whole L1-L4 treadmill again. I'm not in a hurry. I just want to share my main's mission standing rewards because there is no reason for me to go past 8+ with my main.

No, share missions until your alt has the agent standings needed to run missions for that agent, then switch to having your alt accept the missions directly.
Agent standings go up pretty fast. They certainly go up much faster than corp standings. It does not take very many missions for you to be able to work for the agent directly.

Ooooh.... Daddy likey. My main does L4's for income at this point. But my standing rewards go to waste because there is no point to me getting higher than +8 on my main. By teeming up with an alt fleetmember, I can actually put some of those standing gains to good use. Like I said, I'm in no hurry but that doesn't mean I want to waste my time with L1-L3 again on my alt if I don't have to.

I apologize; my advice was incomplete. I meant what Jethro Jechonias later explained well ("turn in main's missions for fleet to get the alt's agent standing high enough, then have the alt accept missions and turn them in for self.") That behavior is so automatic to me now (having experienced it as a newbie with higher corpmates and now being the higher corpmate helping to bootstrap newbies) I just assumed everyone knew it.

Do the social skills of the fleet members have any effect on the mission rewards, or is it just the skills of the person drawing the mission?

not quite true. only the original mission runner receives full standing increase. the other gang member gets half the increase. this is for 2 people....proved that the last days

Correct. The one who talks to the agent gets full standing, the others get 1/fleet size (or half for 2 people), LP and ISK are split evenly.
Only the skills of the one who actually takes the mission affect anything.
Storyline missions can often be 'shared', but the shared portion is pretty small (like if it was a normal mission or worse) and no faction gain is shared.
