I'm actually surprised no one has brought a gun to fanfest yet, and gone on a rampage becuase of something done to them in game.
Hey folks, keep in mind that folks flying TO Iceland must go through security at the airport...also keep in mind that guns aren't on every street corner in Iceland.
You're more likely to get ganked by some nub with a plastic fork from the buffet than from a firearm :)
Sounds like folks have a good time...besides, Icelanders are renowned for partying and high tolerance for booze :)

To be honest, keep FanFest solely in Iceland.
Why you ask? Its an adventure, having to raise a sufficient amount of cash to get there and back (plus spend), risk weather delays and potentially freezing your ass off (for you Southerners  ), all to come to the land of hot women, expensive booze, and internet spaceship nerds.
I guess this is sort of a pilgrimage a religious person might have to, say, Nazareth or Mecca or the Ganges - its meant to be tough and unique (sorta like the game itself  ). Plus, if FanFest was held elsewhere in the world, then you'd have to fly the devs down for the experience, costing them money instead - plus, we're terrible hosts, its far better for us to come and invade their home instead.
Plus, I want to chow down at Nonni's  .
