Here's the issue. I have two screens, one is 1680x1050 and the other is 1280x1024 and have been happily running an EvE client in window mode on each screen.
For some reason I now have an issue in that as soon as I click on the EvE client on the secondary screen it locks it's self to the primary screens size but using the configured settings. So 1280x1024 streched to 1680x1050, this is rather annoying as you can imagine.
I think that this may have started happening since the upgrade to the new Nvidia unified drivers but I can't be sure. Does anyone else have this issue?
Thanks

I also have 2 screens, got annoyed with the settings allways changing, so i made a 2nd copy of EVE. and use 2 shortcuts to start my 2 accounts.. 1 from each EVE-copy ofcourse. They still start up on the same screen, but it's just a matter of moving the 2nd account window to the 2nd screen. Settings are remembered perfectly. -Toriatrix The Blackwater Brigade. |

Figured this out.
It was EvE-Mon which was trying to move my window mode to fit the screen (nice feature) but it was taking the client from screen 2 (1280x1024) and forcing it to go full screen size on my primary monitor (1680x1050)..
Stop eve-mon and all is fine

Try using EveMover instead, you can control different instances of the eve client and set them to their own screens from the moment you run them.

I have quite the same issues. Currently I'm using the same screen setup (1680*1050 and 1280*1024) on a GeForce 8800 GT with Vista Ultimate. I'm using EVEMover for pseudo-fullscreen, as it is the only programm I've evaluated supporting the current client and working with my system. It does work indeed.
But aside from that, I have the same issue tha Eve is locked to the physical resolution of one of the screens in windowed mode. I don't think this has something to do with the Nvidia drivers, but simply is am bug of the Eve client, which doesn't allow to change window size at all. To the size (at least from one screens res to the others), deactive screen 1 (the one with the resolution Eve is using) and start Eve. It will most likely start with the wrong resolution. Then deactivate premium content and change to fullscreen mode, the restart the client. Now reactivate premium content, restart again and voila, you should have the wanted window size. Now cou can reactivate the first screen.
Maybe there is some way to shorten up this, but this seems to be one way to do it.

I use a 1680x1050 and a 1280x1024 screen too but it never bothers me when I move accounts to the smaller screen. I can't see the overview window but I only use the 12x10 screen to stare at local anyway so it doesn't matter to me. Farjung is my God
