I've decided to give this whole Lottery thing a try to make some ISK on the side. This is entirely legit, and I already own the ship in question, and I don't have the skills to fly it, so there really would be no point in me scamming you. The Winning Number will be based off of the first number drawn in next Wednesday's New York State Lottery Drawing.
Up for grabs is an Ashimmu Cruiser, 59 tickets at 3 million ISK a piece. Max number of tickets per character is 10. For full transparency and added legitimacy, I will have the full list of buyers here:

To request a ticket, please post the numbers you would like here, and send the ISK to Chaos Hellbreth in game. If all tickets are not sold by next Wednesday's Lottery Drawing, I will make an executive decision to award the prize to whoever holds the winning number (if anyone does...) or to refund the money.
For more information, join the "Freelance Lottery" Channel in game. I will be posting periodic updates there, as well as releasing information about future lotteries. If people feel there is need for additional legitamacy, please post some suggested third parties I could use to hold the ship for the duration of this event. If it is a trusted source I will see what I can arrange with that person/entity. This is something that I hope to make a bit of a business out of, and your trust and patronage will be much appreciated!
