Amarr Capital skilled pilot with a lot of the long level 5 completed. Char is also capable of making passive Isk with research agents and has good mining skills too.

Flys a rorq
Cap ships 5
capital turret 5
cybernetics 5
Jump freightors 4
has a set of plus 5 implants
Able to lead an alliance
can control POS guns
Has 6 active research agents
Edit to add, has maxed learning!!!
Rules:
 Start/reserve Bid = 15 bil
Buyout for quick sale = 35 bil
Bid incriment = 100mil
Auction End = Sunday 22 Sep 2000 Eve
Sniper = 5 Mins
