sorry if this is a dumb question but i was reading about goons attacking a cemetery in the general discussion forum and i don't understand why they and bob are not at war? if i understand right, they are the two most powerful alliances in EVE, have they agreed to live in peace or something?
is there a website anywhere that i can read up on this kind of thing? i had a look int he coad forums but it just seems like a lot of angry people taking shots at each other.

They are at a constant war so to speak. It¦s just that outside of empire you don¦t need to do a formal war declaration to shoot someone.

CoAD or the War and Politics forum at SHC.
You will have to dig back though to find any actual mention of goons vs Bob. The fighting between them ended a few months back, with goons unable to take Delve.

We spent over a year shooting at BoB and vice versa before things petered out in Delve, right now we're doing other stuff.
At somepoint in the future us and BoB will go back to shooting each other.
