I've seen quite a few posts in here and CAOD over the past couple of weeks regarding renting space in 0.0 and people asking how to get access to such space and what the prices are.
I figured I'd put together a couple of alliances and their standard pricing so people know what 1) to look for and 2) the prices are around about.
Free Trade Zone - A TCF Alliance.
250m per month + 10% refine tax. (See rules)

Pandemic Legion:
200-250m per month.
Rules state most of the systems with arkanor/bistot/crokite are off limits however - with a few exceptions.
Ethereal Dawn:
20m isk per belt per week. Belts are exclusively yours.
Legion of xxDeathxx:
20m isk per belt per week. Belts are exclusively yours.
I'm sure there are a lot more alliances who are willing to rent out space, but also many who are not. You need to contact them (and get a reply) to find out however.
I know IAC were not willing to rent and most of the larger alliances also will not rent. I'm not sure of anyone willing to rent systems sovereignty as I have never asked the question. However on FTZ forums there is a mention of TCI (Tau Ceti International) renting an exclusive sov system from them.
If you want to contact these alliances, you'll have to find out the contacts yourself. I didn't put them here purposely.
Generally, if you ask on forums for information of this kind you will receive replies asking for isk. Don't fall for these (most of them are goons, notice that?).

Remember that your rent means that your Landlord won't shoot you. It doesn't apply to others that are present. You are still in danger whenever you are in 0.0

Don't forget by renting that you're a spineless eunuch!
With the exception of pandemic legion, those other renters have zero real control of their space.
In other words, you can pretty much rat in any of their space for FREE!
Also for the drone regions some of those systems are so empty/deserted that you can easily move in cap ships to haul all the loot.
I mean if farmers are farming the drone regions for free 23/7 and you actually PAY then how stupid is that?
Next, suppose your rent on a 10 belt system is 200mil isk a week... you could NOT pay and lose 1-2 fitted ratting bs a week and still make isk! So, just have some fun with pew pew and dont rent.

I think the post was good and it can help some corp. The info by "Lady Valory" is just words from somebody that wants to be "smart".

Recently left 0.0 as a renter from Pandemic Legion and it was not worth it. They control the most lucrative areas and there are a number of hostiles flying round.
Not entirely sure but some of my corp members experienced trouble with a PL alt corp who went round pvping for experience.
All in all not a good experience, it caused a number of disputes in the alliance and corp.

Then what is your post? Lady Valory added content, you just want to make a snipe remark.
As to the subject, renting in 0.0 can be tricky. You aren't guaranteed everything, so you need to ask what are you paying for. Access? Protection? If someone comes and invades their space, you become a target to them, you will lack protection since that alliance will be out to defend their space, not protect to their renters. And if they lose, your rented space is gone, and you got to try to get your stuff out, as the stations will often times become camped to try and get people fleeing with stuff.
You'd probably be better off just joining the alliance than renting.
