I know no one is perfect, but someone who cant give a good public speech in that sort of position shouldnt be in the position he is in. I know it takes more qualitys than his speech giving skills, but being president is a very public job and needs to be able to win people over using that. His name,age should not be a factor in who becomes Commander-in-Chief. Thats just silly.

The discussions typically do not start off being about those topics, but as most things do they evolve and end up turning into a discussion revolving around some of the key issues for most of us around the world. And obviously Palin is the one to be picked for VP/President. I am willing to admit everyone is falible, but considering she did such a great job running her own home was she really the best choice. This move was done to pull in alienated female Clinton supporters. But any Clinton supporter that votes for McCain due to Palin being the running mate was never really intouch with the issues facing them. So I would like one question to be posed to Palin. "If you are a hard right religious conservative and you can not even effectively convey your belief system to your own children, what makes you think you are currently capable of running the United States of America?
