Actually it isn't, but I will enlighten you.
Similar to the British system, Article One of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power of impeachment and the Senate the sole power to try impeachments.

You do realize it's in iceland right? And you do realize if you're going to involve impeachment you should do well to look it up with how the world works.
