Surely you've all run into them. Those blobbing smacktard pretend-pvpers who really are addicted to the co... carebear. These same allaince warriors generally enjoy bringing out capitals on small gangs because of their sheer pvp-prowness and generally have a small pos network set up in their 'claimed' systems.
Perhaps the best example I could give would be the former alliance Gr0und Zer0 who were based in Khanid lowsec.
So my friends, where are these elite alliances located?

Ground zeero was lots fun had a nice war against them when they just moved down there....no smack cool fights..
Alot of these alliances are pretty ok.....they dont blob more than anyone else....and the systems they are in are normaly pretty ok hunting grounds since neuts think a local spammed with dudes from an alliance meen safety 
I just think you got whacked by one of them and are making this post to air your frustration....

I don't mind them at all they feel safe because they have numbers in system so u can gank their noob players at belts and when they bring out there caps u can have them chase ur covert about system for 5 hours,which stops them from mining and making money for a while.
Which to me is loads of fun.

I don't mind them either, and I obviously got owned by them one to many times, which is exactly why Im looking for locations of such entities.

Tama is a capitol ship graveyard.
One station that spits you out 5 clicks out of docking range and a carebear network channel for intel. There can be 23 nubbins and you can go in there with 10 BS and within 10 mins Tama local will be up to 112. Tama is by far one of the most dangerous systems for any pirate or cap ship.
