Hey there Alliance and Corporation recruitment do'ers and seekers! I'm in the latter category along with the woman whom I have managed to convince to try Eve... again. We needs corp plz.
A litte about us:
We've been MMO'ing together for over 4 years now. We live in the EST timezone. We can be found online together regularly from 9pm - Midnight EST (0100 - 0400 ET), Monday - Friday. She can be online sometimes from 9am - above times EST (1300 - ) weekdays and I stay up later than she does from time to time. Weekends we are both online randomly at anytime. We've got a 4yr old daughter, we own a house, I work during the week and she works on weekends.
Our Chars:
I finally took the dive and bought a second account with The Power of Two. Talked her into sitting down and creating a char, again. (she's done two trials in the past two years)
 Her: 1m SP, Minmatar(not a trial). Nuff said?
Me: 13m SP, Caldari. Mainly combat(missiles/ECM) oriented skills. T1: through Caldari BS IV. T2: Covert Ops IV, Elec. Attack III; and Recons* *(CovOps IV completes in less than 36 hours from time of posting) Self sufficient: L4's w/Caldari Business Tribunal, Caldari Navy and Republic Security Services. JC access w/CBT as well.
Willing to provide Limited API for both if desired.
Seeking a Corp that:
Has active members 0000 - 0400 ET
Does not have strict requirements towards Ops, TS/Vent, playtime, or basically anything (read: laid back!)
Has a friendly, fun environment - maturity not required, intoxication encouraged :)
Is willing to teach/train
Is not some uber Fleet warfare 0.0 corp/alliance
Has more than 15 active members, sorry - not interested in helping to build up a new corp
Does Ops (Minning, Mission, PvP) from time to time, or ad-hoc as desired
Does not do lame gate camps but is more into roaming/small gang PvP
Is in an Alliance (prefered but not required)
Is not an "all-out" or "-only" Merc or Pirate corp.
Has (preferably active) forums/website.
A tax rate not above 15%
Doesn't have a problem with arrogant fools that think they can make posts like this expecting to not receive hostile responses... :p
We have Vent/TS and are willing to listen in when needed. I'll hop in and chat every now and then but over the years I've never got her on the mic. Her big thing with Eve is that, ZeroPunctuationFTW, its "boring" to her. I'm trying to convince her otherwise. I've been a carebear mission runner for my entire Eve career though and know little about PvP but that is the direction we would like to head. We are both in our respective noob corps atm. I'm currently in Caldari space she's down in Minmatar space, we're willing to move where-ever but i'll be much less self-suffcient if I'm not near a L4 agent for one of the above corps. That being one of the reasons I went for CBT as they have L4 agents randomly throughout Empire not to mention Med(JC) stations all over.

You should give aeon of strife a try! We are a very friendly group of mature players just lookin to have fun. We are in a decent sized alliance in 0.0 with focus and purpose. That said the whole alliance community is very laid back and friendly. You will never find yourselves pressured to meet job like requirements unless you set those upon yourself. You will find a very wide range of opportunities out with us including the best in game ore to mine and very good rats. Complexes are also in plentiful supply with huge reward benefits.

Relentless Storm Cartel looks like a perfect fit you and the wifey. As a matter of fact our Co-CEO's are wife/hubby, Lady and Lord Mortus, ain't that just too sweet  and she is the one who wears the pants
Okay now for the particullars....
Our corp consists of about 50 or so players with roughly a 50/50 split between US and Euro players so no matter what time you log on there will be at least a half dozer or so on line....and the times you were specific about is our busiest time, usually 20+ on line.
We have good leadership and do a little bit of everything and you can participate as much as you do or don't want to...we have regular scheduled group ops every Saturday at 19:00 eve time that could be missioning, mining or pvp runs thru low sec or 0.0 and if you want to start a group op just shout out and you'll have a gang going in moments.
We also have an active forum with killboard, we use vent but not manditory and our tax rate is 10%...
If you are looking to be part of more that just a corp and more of a family then we have a home for you...
And yes we have a lot of players with knowledge of all aspects of EVE that would love to help you whenever you need it....

We do have active members from 0000to0400. 40% of our corp is NA 40% EU and the rest weird times zones like S.Africa and Australia. So pretty much excepting DT we have guys online. Several of our NA players are online into the wee hours of the morning just like you. We even have one of the seven women playing eve so your girl wont be be herself.
We're reasonably laid back. We got guys that are on ever day for 8 hours and guys that are on for 3 hours a week. The only big thing is if you have been out of game for more than 2 months we kick. We do have a Vent server and most of are on it but we do not require it. It is however a useful safety measure out here in the wild and wide its a lot easier to convey intelligence in voice coms.
Were willing to train and are breaking in a few new guys as we speak. Its quite a pleasure to see former Carebear kings turn to PVP once they get the taste of blood in their mouths.
We are a 0.0 Alliance and we have in fact had uber fleet actions and blob lag fests. But they are rather more the exception than rule and not something we like to engage in. Currently fighting in the Great Galactic War of our generation their is plenty of action to be had in all forms but with a base 20 jumps from the front line it is a safe enough place to hobbit up and make money in between fights.
we currently have about 75 members 20 of which are alts and growing. Our alliance is about 800. The corp has been a going concern for some time so you wouldn't have to invest your time and money in getting a new corp off the ground. We have a total tech 1 ship replacement program. Tech 2 production is supplied at cost. And a heavily subsidized capital ship production if you swing that way. At 13 Million SP your probably not at that level yet. But its nice to be in a corp that has that option.
We do both PVP and Mining ops. With more mining depending upon how the PVP ops went that week, LOL. We plan some of them in advance but the more common way is "Hey we got enough guys online lets go get in some trouble." RE: laid back
We have gate camped from time to time usually when our scout says theirs a likely target coming our way. But ours are seldom lame. That's where having Vent comes in handy the BS sessions make time go by a bit easier.
Currently a part of the Majesta Empire alliance in the the deep 0.0 of the North a member of the Never TO Be Sufficiently dammed Naptrain. But rejoice!! the so called Band of Brothers have made themselves the enemies of all mankind and it is the duty of all righteous pilots to combat them wherever they may be until their are no more enemies but peace.

The only real conflict we have with your requirements is the current tax rate of 20%. If its a deal breaker so be it but I'd like you to hear me out.
We provide quite a bit for your money. Tech one ships up to battlecruiser sized are provided free. BC and Battleships are insured by the corporation so if it goes pop we get the money back. All you have to pay for full use of the ship is the insurance premium. So a 108 mil raven can be had for 32.5. All ammo including tech II is provided free by corp. all tech 1 mods free and most tech II is available at cost. We got half a dozen POS's you'll have use of hangers and refineries and what not. And capital ships built for you at about 30% of market cost. Topping that off we live in an unusually rich part of 0.0 with triple 1.85 mil BS rats so the extra 5% wont be noticed much.
Your last point is no big thing our PVP director is a particularly arrogant Aussie who I hope you take down a peg

Have a look at Black Legion Command we tick all your boxes, with 46 active members from different timezones, but im actually trying to build up our US timezone particularly, good laid back corpies and basically everything you've asked for in a corp.

Well, we're fun, have no requirements, no tax rate, and specialize in training the inexperienced.
We're pirates. Not the gatecamping kind or the blobbing kind; we PvP for fun and isk, which usually entails hunting down our targets, not waiting for them to jump into us. We don't lie, cheat, or talk trash; it's a game, so why make people angry?
The current replacement program is simple: if you lose a cruiser or frigate while flying under me, I'll give you money to replace it. The goal with this is to make losing ships as painless as possible, as it's going to happen when you start learning PvP.
Anyway, both of you are free to join up. The more the merrier! If you have any questions, feel free to join the Free PvP Help channel. I'll be in there whenever I'm on.
