long story short I made him quit using that charater first he tried leaving the system but I paid 4 information from a member of his corp 4 what system(s) he tried 2 run 2. He never did learn on how I was tracking him. eventually he never logged back on, I picked his ass 4 straight 3 weeks if me and him were logged on, I hunted him like he was prey. I never lost once with my my New PC. oh yea some tech specs. OLD compact pressario with .9 Ghz AMD proccesor with 512 mb of RAM compared 2 my 3.2 Ghz Intel core 2 proccesor with 3 gb of RAM.(plus non-intergraded graphics card(just card with own RAM))Its easy 2 c y it was impossible 2 gain in EvE 4 me. people will play this game and have experiences like mine need this POLICY as from someone who started when they didnt made less fun. This POLICY is needed if to encourage more poeple to join who are new. because the number of accounts are not the ammount of people as myself now onto third account for keeping all the profit. 1miner. 1hauler,1battlecruiser 4me needs

Yeah the new Sec Penaltys suck, but if you need 3 weeks for gooing from -2.2 to -1 you dooing it wrong. And no, I don¦t rat in 0.0 for it.

Guide to Gaining Security Status:
1 Sec status increase every 15 minutes PER SYSTEM, for the highest rat killed.
In 0.0, get a cluster of 5-10 systems and kill a BS in everyone one and just keep going. ~1.0 sec per hour if ur lazy
In lowsec, same deal, kill atleast a BC and still u should manage arodun 0.5-1.0 if u work hard
In conclusion, be smart and -10 turns -2.4 in about 6 hours.... three weeks to get back up...... u ppl should leave ur system every once in a while

empire is turning into nothing more than a carebear creche, if they nerf players any more and give concord any more power then its going to completely throw off the entire game dynamic.
you should be able to wardec Concord and the NPC corps, they are little more than carebear nannys, this is supposed to be PVP not "play by yourself and earn billions in safety" on all levels so a nerfed concord capable of being wiped out would force carebears to interact and not just grind isk.
CCP is just pandering to the "oh nasty space piwates wobbed my waven" kiddiots.
Grow up. Accept Death. Nerf Concord.
We should organise suicide sunday, gatecamp every jump into jita and simply grind the economics of the system to a halt until CCP accede to our demands for a civil war / hi-sec terrorism game dynamic.

There is some truth to this, about the NPC corps.
Peaple that can hide in NPC corps, free from wardec'd is a load of crap imo. I think only the starter NPC corps shouldn't be wardec'd, and after 1 month, you should be forced into a NPC corp that CAN be wardec'd, or join a player corp.
CCP wants to see more PVP, then change these lame NPC corps.

Forcing ppl out into wardeccable corps after a month does seem like something that would benefit the game as a whole. There`s 3 groups in there;
1. The l33t carebear who likes to feel like he`s the shit compared to the 200 nubbies in his NPC corp
2. Your Alt (you know who you are!)
3. The newbie who`d be better off in EVE-U since day 1 anyway ;-).
So i propose ever newbie gets moved to EVE-U and the rest just gets kicked to the curb so we can shoot em

yeah its a bit wrong when you see some guy in a caldari navy raven still in the SWA 14 months after their char was born, they either want the protection of being non-wardeccable, or are just in it to tart about and do carebear mission running, which kind of defeats the MM in the MMO really. im not saying PVP should be forced by any means but theres a good few pilots i noticed in empire who fly about in expensive mission boats and talk it up large knowing concords got their back because they are NPC'd and cant be wardecced.

yeah, it's impossible to steal things from people or otherwise harm people for profit in high sec
As for as the OP question, this doesn't change much for people who profit off of high sec. Mission baiters can still do what they do and will not lose sec status - same goes for people who war dec simply to take POS'. The only people that really suffer is suicide gankers, which is usually done by disposable alts, anyway. So in all honesty, all it did was slightly inconvenience suicide gankers.

Hisec is a dull overcrowded place reserved for those who prefer not to engage in any pvp activities (though they might still be killed because they don't take the time to understand basic game mechanics). That's just fine by me - losec space offers enough juicy targets without the annoyance of Concord.
Sure the gate sentries can ruin your day when you are engaged by non-flashy targets, but if I did not like a challenge I would play WoW instead...

I generate player driven content for those participating in an otherwise bland, very boring aspect of the game known as "mining". Those players that I have graced with my unique play style are quick to display their measure of gratitude in the form of gifts, kind words and delightful promises of future engagements!
It would seem that some that have posted in this thread view hi-sec antics in a slanted or even unfavorable light, but I think Nobeard hit the nail on the head. You are a visionary, sir! A visionary.
Now, would someone kindly get Kailiao a tissue? His tears are spilling all over my post. I enjoy carebear tears, I do! I just don't enjoy wearing their tears...

Tears, lol, i don't see any, last time i checked i was a pirate, who pvp's do you know what that is? I guess it's hard for you to do, it's ok, it happens mate.
I just like a challenge, not interested in the type of game-play my 8 year old sister can do.
Next time you post, have the balls to post with your main, and make some sort of response to the GREAT lvl of skill it takes to flip cans
And last time i checked isn't hi-sec for carebears? Weird but i see alot of mineing, mission running, and mod building there, idk, maybe it's just me.
