This is a FULLY functioning Carrier and Dread pilot with other PvP piloting skills. Mostly though, this one is Capital oriented. I'd say itĘs even a good candidate for driving a MOM. Here are some highlights...
Gallente Carrier IV
 6.3 mil SP Drones
Capital armor, shield, energy transfer
Nav Jump skills 5/4/4
3/4 Armor Comp skills to V
Gallente Dread III
Siege and Capital Hybrid Turrets, of course
Decent gunnery support skills
Skill Link
Security status is positive with no kill rights
Pilot is in empire and has one Jump Clone
Wallet is positive with no assets
Price: 12.5 Billion ISK ...or best offer!
So, this is not exactly an auction. Basically, I will take the best offer I can get when it comes, even if the offer is MORE or LESS than the stated price. But once I accept an offer, and I'm assured it's legit...that's it for this sale.
Please keep comments, if any, constructive. Of course, I will pay the transfer fee and Pilot will be in an NPC corp upon transfer.
