Those wishing to join Art of War should possess all of the following qualities:
* a desire to spend 100% of your time in Eve blowin' dudes up (carebears go away)
* the ability to fly a T2-fit battleship (other than a cruise missile raven)
* a flexible sense of humor (because we are going to **** with you SO hard)
* a headset with a microphone, access to Ventrilo and Teamspeak
* a willingness to engage when the outcome isn't always clear (don't be a sissy)
Additional qualities that will help you enjoy being in A-WAR include:
* ability to fly HACs/Recons (we can't always throw together RR BS gangs)
* the belief that we should want you more than you want us (****iness is an asset)
* some economic foundation (one BS loss should not cripple you)
Things that might exclude you from membership consideration:
* lack of ability to show a solid pvp track record
* a weak grasp on the English language
Why you should want to join A-WAR:
* we blow hecka dudes up, every day
* we are da best

Art of War is a nearly 3 year old corporation, with an eclectic history that includes membership in various allliances, creation and leadership of Cult of War alliance, successful competition in the Alliance PvP Tournament, and some other crap that I won't go into because I am still fairly new to the corporation and I wasn't here for any of it. What I can attest to is that I plan to be here for the next milestone in A-WAR history, because this corporation is every laid-back small gang pvper's wet dream. I joined A-WAR only two months ago, along with a half-dozen friends who have been with me through various corporations over the past couple years, and all of us agree that in A-WAR we have found a corporation that meets our needs for constant pvp with a chill atmosphere.
Since joining A-WAR, we have conquered Faction War (joining the Gallente Militia 2 months AFTER faction warfare started, and taking the corporation to the #1 killers spot in under a month), and set up a round-the-clock own zone in PF- and nearby Syndicate systems with our friends in Exalted alliance. Currently we are in the process of moving the own zone down to Skarkon, where we will introduce pain and suffering to those who have grown complacent since our last occupation of the area.
Art of War's future goals are clear and set in stone: continue the tradition of seeking out constant pvp; hapless carebears to be crushed, prospective worthy foes to be sought out and proven unworthy. Though our pursuit of pvp may take us out of Empire from time to time, we have no interest in getting bogged down in trench warfare or laggy fleet combat.

Most of A-WAR's membership hails from various countries in Europe, I don't really know which ones because they are all just filthy foreigners to me. I am most interested in recruiting new members from United States and ANZAC timezones to keep me and my kangaroo-punching buddies company after all of those weird moon language-speakers go to bed. Europeans are of course, still as welcome as anyone else, I'm just going to hate you like I do now with the Euros already in the corp. They don't seem to mind so it isn't a big deal.

Hi, I am currently in a small pirate corp that was doing minor high sec war decs and gate camp bashing. I have experience in lots of aspects of eve except carebearing and usage of ecm type modules  posting on alt to keep low and will be contacting u on main asap.
