I'd like to see a Drone's & Fighter's Stats while it's docked in my Bay. It's more consistent this way and Players don't need to deploy their whole Swarm to see which one needs a Quickfix.

Not only that, the attributes don't show correctly. I know my skills give my drones a boost. But I have to do the number crunching myself to see the ACTUAL stats of my drones. All I can see are the base stats. Why not have any drone in my drone bay/launched out in space that I'm controlling show it's current attributes.

Note that (as far as I know it) drone stats are updated with the effects of your skills and the ship/modules only when you "equip" them in the ship, i.e. when you put them in the drone bay while in station. They are not updated when scooped up in space and probably not even if you complete a skill while in space, so it is possible that your drones aren't using your actual skills.
You can see it sometime when you scoop some abandoned drone in space and then launch them together with non scooped drones. the scooped drones have a lower speed. As there is no simple way to check the damage done I can only suppose that it is affected. About hp you can sometime see that they have a negative armour hp bar if they have been soothed while controlled and then abandoned.

To check for damage log in alt or get a friend, have your drones shoot him and record damage taken (dunno if you see it in logs, but you can see it on HUD). Abandon drones, scoop some other drones (having your friend abandon them would work nice), rinse, repeat. Test the same with speed, repair amount, stasis effect, ECM effect, sensor damp effect, etc.
And please report your findings so we'll know what's the deal with that :p

Well I would also like to be able to see the drones shield, armor, and stucture like when they are in space...in my drone bay too. That way I know which drones are damaged and can launch the damaged ones so I can repair them or so I don't launch drones that are just gonna get blown up in one shot.
