If you mean the model of another ship surgically attaching itself to your ship, then yes. Had it several times yesterday...
Which is odd as I haven't had it for a while.

I have had a heron inserted into my Crow mid flight (well, I guess they are struggling to find a use for the ship just like the rest of us) but my favourite was a sideways warping Badger.

I've seen it, even got one I haven't seen before. I had a torpedo 'splash effect' stuck to me instead of another ship or asteroid.

I wouldn't mind this bug so much if other people saw you the way you saw yourself. Could add a lottery effect to the bugs.
Yesterday I got a... Taraniroid? I was flying a Taranis and had a huge Veldspar roid stuck to it. Couldn't see the ship at all. Got some pretty funny screen shots of an asteroid out on adventures, firing back at miners, etc. Good times.

I expect this to still happen after the Shiva patch..
And knowing CCP.. They will never fix it. They will just add another potentially bug causing code that detects render problems and deletes them. Basically instead of fixing the problem, they will put a little bandaid on it.

Always clear your cache before you apply a patch.
Client side folders for bookmarks/buddies can be remade, store them externally.
