I joined a small corp that doesn't have a jump clone facility, I have a personal standing of 5.2 to one NPC corp and none of the others use that NPC corp for missions. If I understand correctly corp standing is derived from the combination/average of all the corp members.
Thing is; I got that standing chaining lvl 1 and 2's since I'm not able to do level 3 missions yet (low SP). So if I bring in someoen that can help me do those lvl 3 missions that person will mess up the average standing to the NPC corp since he has none to begin with (least that how I think it works, correct me if I'm wrong).
Now, if the above is the case how about having someone outside the corp help me do those missions. I start the mission, he quickly finishes it and then I end the mission keeping the standing bonus to myself. As I see it since he's not in corp his standing won't affect corp standing while I get full standing bonus. Would this be correct?
Also; once we have 8 corp standing, is it correct that as long as no one does any missions for that NPC corp it'll stay good? No matter if someone does missions against that faction?

If you turn in the mission by yourself (as in not selecting "My Fleet and I completed this mission), the helper will not get any standings from that mission, no matter who they are.
Yes, as long as nobody impacts those 8.0 standings in your corp, you will be golden.

As Artemis Rose said, just don't use the fleet completion option and you won't share standings.
You wouldn't want to use the fleet completion option anyways, as that would decrease the standings gains that you are getting as well.
As a side note, your friend will get a share of the bounties for helping you. It is only the mission rewards that you would need to share manually if that is your arrangement.

Also, if you get that 8.0 and no one else in the corp has run any missions with that corp, make sure the CEO realizes that he can no longer recruit new players that have run missions with that corp if he wants to maintain this situation. Depending on how heavy the corp is recruiting this may become an issue so have all members install as many clones as they can once you have the standings.
