pirates are even allowed to have alt chars in highsec.. and that if you had a negative sec player, all accounts associtated with his RL address should be disallowed to have alts or mains in highsec....

I lolled.
1 - How is this reinforcable in any way, without keeping an enormous database for every account?
What if someone uses a friend's address to sign up? etc. etc.
2 - Since you seem to be a player of the less danger-addicted persuasion, I think it would be fair to say that if you do get what you ask for, players with 0.0 or above sec status shouldn't be allowed in low-sec or below on their alts.
No more lucrative trade shortcuts for those newb alts! etc. etc.
Just because someone likes to shoot things with one character immediately means that they shouldn't be able to do ANYTHING in high-sec, even with other characters?
In keeping with that theme, maybe we should have the game so if you pick mining as something to do you CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT MINE, even if you get other characters. And have it the same for mission-running, trading, researching, manufacturing, even salvaging.
Yeah, I think everything would work better and be so much more fun like that 
And if someone really wants to get into high-sec, can't they just grind up anyway? Pointless.
I really don't get this weird reason why "morally superior" (heh) players seem to think that people who shoot things should be massively punished all the time like naughty kids...maybe it's because EVE is set in such a cuddly, cute world after all...

1: the database could be run offshore, china etc. and we could hire cheap 3rd world country workers. Also taxes is less harsh on corps.
2: you know not what me say to be...
rest i agree with, they should never in there entire life be able to come to highsec, BUT we are allowed to team up in big fleets and kill low sec people..
Also, low sec pirates should only be allowed to be in gangs of 5 to make it more realistic, and only PRO high corp like ours should be able to fleet with the largest fleets....
Oh secondly this is not a troll post, you are the ones trolling my THREAT

Why shouldn't they be allowed to fly in fleets? they did the work, just like anybody else.

This is normal in EVE... its a way of life... simple solution is to get with a large corp and kick the ganker's @$$ to hell and back.
