From what i've heard of the civil war in tcf it appears that section 13 is winning and approxametly out numbered 5 to 1. They seem to be fighting in low sec only attacking the other loyal members of tcf. From a section 13 member Titan Story he says they are winning so good news from the homefront.
This has been a war update by allied alliance Federation of united corps
