Alright, I need to mission in low-sec just for isk and general stuff, but I also tend to move around a bit as well. So a corporation that does have its lvl 4 good quality agents in low-sec as well as be located generally in the middle of the galaxyish. ofc I understand it can't be in the center but a rather large corporation with many agents. I'm not talking about lvl 4 q20 agents or anything just an agent I can mission with in low-sec that is decently spread around.
I know low-sec and its risks. Reason I need to run for low-sec is at some point I will be <-5 and I tend to move around a bit and still need to make isk and I'm not sure about which corporation to run for.
Just eve-mail me if you think that posting your great system or corporation will attract pirates to your areas, heh. =)

not really a great location or corp but good sound advice:
-pack WCS thats not to say go overboard but they certainly help
-use the directional scanner
-stay aligned as much as possible
Anyway i hope you avoid become pirate food lol

I believe most pirates use alts if they run missions. If not, then you need to figure out which pirate group you will be running with and get missions in thier space...

#1 I have pirated so I know what to do. It's easy to not get caught.
#2 pirate factions are in 0.0 obviously not lowsec...
any more ideas?

I don't know of a single corporation that would fit your needs. Sisters of Eve or Thukkers tend to be spread out through low sec, but their level 4 agents tend to cluster and aren't very numerous. Same goes for just about anyone else. I believe the corporations that most data center agents belong to (Home Guard, Republic Security Services, etc) have a number of level 4 agents scattered throughout high sec, but that doesn't help you either.
One thing that has worked for me is getting 7+ standing with an empire faction (in my case gallente and minmatar). Then you can use any level 4 agent of that faction. In my case, I'm actually bringing multiple corps to 7+ so down the road, I can repeat the trick on the caldari/amarr side yet still run missions with my old agents. Currently, as I recall, I have about 8 corps above 7 standing and am working on about half a dozen more. Once you have a pile of corps with high standing, you're set.

I think the suggestion was that you look where your pirate buddies are going to be, and pick an agent in that area ... because, of course, nobody ever goes to a negative security rating unless they're an eb1l n45sty p1w4t.
That said .. Wiyrkomi corp seems to have stations pretty much all over the shop. The only region I can recall NOT seeing their fugly-ass stations is in Solitude.
Quafe and Aliastra are also, supposedly, companies with a global presence. Any of those might work. Assuming you want to run kill missions, you'll need a company which is both widespread, and has quite a few security/internal security agents.
