If you import Mercury which is cheap this is everything you need to produce Nanotransistors (1.44 Bil monthly) with a extra 72000 Units of Extra Platinum Technite (300 Mil Monthly)
All moons have Lg Gallenete Towers, Silos, reactors, hangars and defenses. About 1.4 Bil in mods.
This chain has been a huge money maker for me, but I don't have the time to manager it anymore.
I will sell the entire package for 8 bil. I will not reveal the location until a deal is made an isk is transfered. All of the towers can be reach via 1 jump from empire.

While it may be NPC space, usually some alliances call this space home and may not take to kindly the purchasers depending on standings.
Needless to say I am interested in the neodymium and technetium moons but would need to have some general idea of where the space is before committing.
Are you selling the corp these towers are in or will this involved a complete rip down and replacement of the towers?
Lastly if you get no buyer for the chain and want to trim back on time spent maintaining this I would be willing to discuss a long term arrangement to simply purchase the neodymium and technetium.

The area is not controled by any Alliance, and hasn't been for awhile. Its 0.0 things can change quickly, but the are has been very stable for awhile. You just have to watch out for the normal roaming gangs.
I am not selling the corp only rights to the moons and the POS fittings, which will be offlined/Unacnhored prior to the sale.
I am not intrested in just selling the Tech and Neo, that wouldn't save me anytime except a trip to Jita every 2 weeks.
