SP level is not important as long as you are willing to either get your hands dirty and learn on the fly or offer your knowledge to other corp members.

Our alliance has found focus in PVP and is doing very nicely in the fights we choose to engage in.
Guerilla warfare is our tactic. No blobs. No POS warfare. Just small to medium gangs running around looking for fun kills.

Need more experienced and wannabe pvpers. If you can fit a cloak and a point you are useful but you'll need to be able to work with the gang to get the kill.
