I wonder how much of an effect the decision to no longer reimburse losses due to lag (and bugs that appear with lag) had...
How to PVP: 1. buy ISK with GTCs, 2. fit cloak, learn aggro mechanics, 3. buy second account for metagaming

"In the past six months we made some structural changes to our Customer Support department aimed at reducing our response time and offering better support. We are happy to announce that our average petition age is currently two days with most normal requests handled in hours. We hope our efforts shine through in the level of support we are able to offer."
Indeed. For a week now I haven't received reply from GM about lost ship that was lost because client told me that I was 300 meter from station when infact I was 2.7km.
Nice service CCP, nice service indeed.

to be fair CCP can talk the talk - making promises etc but the proof is in the experience of actual players
I myself have recently received some very shoddy customer service and if im honest almost every time i have to communicate with CCP for any reason the quality of the service is very poor and doesnt acknowledge the issues put forward.
Its not what you say CCP its how you actually say it |

ôNotice the HUGE difference in created petitions and how quickly normal queue status is reached. This has to be the most successful deployment of an expansion in history. In fact, we were so concerned with how smooth it was we were beginning to think that perhaps our reports were faulty or that petition system had crashed.ö In many ways it was one of the worst deployment CCP ever did from the lack of content which leads to a lack of petitions. It backs up what many of us have been saying in how poor and small the EA expansion was. It was more of a mini expansion. With so few new features which effect so few pilots you wouldnÆt expect many petitions. As expansions go EA hardly counts as one itÆs more a content patch over a real expansion.
