Simply put who trolls the forums the most? I admit within the past month and a half I have trolled a good bit and apologise for it (evils of dial up). Also who is the most annoying/inflametory troll?

Well, the responses to Jade's posts are the most annoying.
Kooky Blond is pretty bad, but quite entertaining.
I'd have to say some of the PA guys are the worst trolls, Alexandra Belani is pretty bad also.

Whenever Jade posts her mammoth topics on the forums the server lags and crashes requiring a reboot. CCP - you don't need to upgrade hardware. Just ban Jade from the forums (or dedicate a http server souly to her posts).
Just look in your logs you will see a corrolation bewteen Jade posting and server reboots
