EVE Search - Got a Trade skill

SOHAIL	Posted - 2003.06.16 11:43:00 - [1] HI, I was just curious if Amara's are the only one who can use those usefull and Yummy!!! Trade and Black Market skills. I havent been able to find those skills anywhere in market, maybe i am a Cladari. IF they are unique to Amar race skills only what special skills do other races have. Maybe just bugged, though it seems like an easy skill to make work, and a _really_ easy thing to mention in a post-patch README if they decided to not make it work. I posted a help request asking for clarification, and will report back if/when I get an answer. Mike

Hematic	Posted - 2003.06.16 19:33:00 - [9] Trade skill is currently not workable. What it will do was hinted at by CCP in that the .4% tax for using quick sell will be affected by trade. Essentially a reduction of the .4% surcharge.

It is being reviewed and hopefully the skill be working like it should work in the very near future." If the skill goes from being a 5% bonus on NPC prices to being a reduction in an avoidable 0.4% surcharge, I have to say that my Trade IV char is going to be torqued. (Especially because it would have been pretty @!%&*@#% easy to put a NOT YET WORKING, MAY CHANGE IN FUTURE tag on the skill description in the first release patch. Grrr.) Mike
